What’s At Stake

The Brooks Developers are asking the Village to approve the removal of the Winn-Dixie grocery store which represents over 50% of the Brooks Town Center shopping space and replace it with a four-story, 154 unit multi-family building. This will remove needed parking for the remaining stores, threaten those stores’ viability, and damage the neighborhood feel of The Brooks community.
