St. Johns County Housing Finance Authority alleviates a shortage of affordable housing facilities in northeast Florida and provides capital for investment in such facilities for low, moderate, and middle income families. They needed a website that would clearly serve multiple audiences and keep them compiant with Florida regulations for special districts.
