Affordable Housing Authority

Affordable Housing Authority

Papyrus Document & Design is proud to have developed not one, but two websites for the Lee County Housing Finance Authority, an agency devoted to increasing the availability of affordable housing throughout South Florida. The authority has two audiences: potential buyers who need more information on how to qualify for assistance, and vendors, who need more official information about the authority.

The answer in this case was to create two similar, but differing sites based upon the audience. For example, the educational site includes glossary definitions of financial terms built into each page, to help first time homebuyers who might not be familiar with mortgage terminology.

Club M Fitness

Club M Fitness

Club M Fitness is a women-only gym in New Jersey. They needed an up-to-date look to match their cutting edge classes. As a previous customer, the owners trusted Papyrus to deliver. We designed a hip and interactive site that details each class, integrates with their social networking efforts and incorporates their online scheduling software. The site is also remotely editable, and easily updated with new features as the site matures.

Kerri Theisen Realty

Kerri Theisen Realty

Kerri Theisen Realty has been a client of Papyrus for many years. As her brokerage expanded to add new Realtors, her website needed to expand to reflect her greater breadth and quality of services. In addition to Fort Myers real estate sales, Theisen offers home watch, staging and incredible customer service. Papyrus is proud to see the growth of this brokerage, and to be a part of reflecting that growth to the web. Visit the site at http://kerritheisenrealty.com.

Moving a practice to a new state involves a lot of planning, and includes work that needs to be done on a website. When psychologist Sharon Tobler moved cross-country, Papyrus was ready to make visible and behind-the-scenes changes needed to help her build her clientele in California. In addition to search engine optimization, online directory and map listings, Papyrus built a mobile website for technology forward clients.

When a user visits any of Dr. Tobler’s sites from a mobile device, be it a tablet or phone, the site detects the visit and decides which site, mobile or full screen, is most appropriate for the device. The user can always override the decision. The mobile site also has phone specific capabilities — if a user is on a phone, the phone number is clickable, making it easy to call right from the page.

For client’s stuck in traffic, who want to make a quick call, or who need directions, the mobile site is there, when and where they need it.
